Shared Commercial Kitchen Company Info

When Nikkolette started Nikkolette’s Macarons she was taken back by the fact of how hard it was to find a commercial rental kitchen in the Twin Cities. She found that many didn’t return her emails and phone calls and when they did she was told that their shared kitchens where full.  Luckily she found a catering kitchen and when the opportunity presented itself to purchase the Plymouth, MN catering kitchen she was renting in the summer of 2018 she jumped at the chance to create her own Kitchen co-working space and MSP Kitchenery (Shared Kitchens for the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area) was born in 2019.

Since then, she purchased another rental kitchen in St. Paul, MN at the end of 2020 and had it completely remodeled opening the second MSP Kitchenery food production space in January of 2022.  In 2023 she acquired her latest commissary kitchen located in Hopkins, MN and is excited to continue to help provide tools to other entrepreneurs in the food space to grow and scale.

One of the biggest benefits of using our rental kitchen space is the cost-effectiveness it offers. Instead of investing in a commercial kitchen of your own, you can simply rent a kitchen space at MSP Kitchenery on an as-needed basis. This not only saves you money, but it also provides you with a professional and well-equipped kitchen, without the hassle of maintenance and upkeep.

Another great advantage of using our rental kitchen is the flexibility it provides. Our shared kitchen is open 24/7, allowing you to work on your food business at any time, without worrying about kitchen access. Additionally, our shared kitchen space is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, mixers, and more, providing you with everything you need to prepare and cook your food products.

At MSP Kitchenery, we understand that food entrepreneurs need a supportive community to thrive. That's why we've created a kitchen space where Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area (MSP) food entrepreneurs can come together, network and collaborate. Our shared kitchen provides a collaborative environment for food entrepreneurs to share ideas, resources, and knowledge. Whether you're looking for advice, feedback, or just a friendly face, our community is here to support you.

Finally, our commercial rental kitchens are located in convenient locations across the Minneapolis metro area in St. Paul, Hopkins and Plymouth MN, providing easy access for food entrepreneurs in the surrounding areas. With our central locations, you can quickly and easily get to and from your kitchen, saving you time and effort.
